Mark Dean Veca at Ogilvy and Mather
On view now in the New York offices of advertising and creative agency Ogilvy and Mather, is a selection of older works from the archives of artist Mark Dean Veca. Entilted The 90s, the office-space exhibit provides a glimpse into the early progression of some of Veca’s reoccurring themes and deconstruction of popular iconography, such as the Popeye cartoon. The exhibit marks the first of a series of art shows at Ogilvy, where the office will be open for public viewing on the first Thursday evening of each month. All work is for sale via Jonathan Levine Gallery, and can be viewed in person till October 4th, by contacting jun.lee@ogilvy.com
