Mark Dean Veca at University of California
Mark Dean Veca just celebrated the opening of his newest show at the University Art Gallery, University of California, San Diego. Paintings, Wall Drawings and Collaborations is a survey of the artist’s creative output over the past decade, and includes installations, individual painted works, as well as product and design collaborations he has done with brands including Nike, Original-Fake, Ford, and Burton.
The University of California, San Diego is the second college to host the artist in the past six months. This past October, Veca’s alma mater, Otis College, hosted Phantasmagoria at its Ben Maltz Gallery.
