Eric White at Magda Danysz

Eric White is currently exhibiting at Magda Danysz in Paris. Some of the works on display break from White’s well-known surrealist and figurative paintings (more here) , and playfully reinterpret iconic album covers, including those of Bad Brains, Black Sabbath, and Fleetwood Mac. Also on display are new works from Daniel Davidson. Exhibit runs till June 30.

In other news, Magna Danysz seems to be avoiding the market slump, and will be opening up a new gallery in Shanghai, China later this month. The opening marks the gallery’s 10 year anniversary and will feature an inaugural exhibit by JonOne, one of several NY native graffiti writers who have latched on to greater success in France than back home.
